Jason Phillips, Audit Partner
Jason began his career at Morrison, Clark & Company in 2010 as a staff accountant and we are particularly proud to see him grow thru the firm leadership to become the Audit Partner. Jason has been instrumental in assisting companies with their financial statement, banking and bonding needs that really help our clients as they grow.

I have also been able to work with inspiring entrepreneurs in the construction industry helping them solve business problems, meet goals and secure their legacy through accounting, financial strategy and consulting.” says Jason Phillips.
Jason has forged strong relationships in the bonding and banking community and within the Construction community. He is a member of CFMA Valley of the Sun and serves as the events coordinator for the Young Construction Financial Professional group. He is also a member of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona – Building Leaders Development Group (BLDG) and assisted with the planning of events and speakers during 2019.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
Justin Jensen, Tax Partner
Justin Jensen has been a member of the Morrison, Clark & Company management team since 2017 and is enthusiastic to join the partnership as the Firm’s Tax Partner.
Justin has had almost 20 years extensive experience serving real estate developers and investors, business owners and high net worth individuals. His focus has been on providing tax preparation and consulting services to privately held companies and their owners. Justin uses his extensive, direct experience serving the construction and real estate industries by leading the Tax Team’s specialties in Cost Segregation, Research & Development Credits, Opportunity Zones and 1031 Exchanges.
“I have witnessed first-hand the wealth that business ownership and real estate investing can generate. Since joining MCC, I have been able to add the concept of “Business-Life-Legacy” to assist our clients in reaching their short-term business and investing goals, as well as their long-term asset protection and succession planning goals.” states Justin.
His passion for real estate lends itself to his entrepreneurial spirit and he continues to be involved personally in real estate investing to this day.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration. He is a licensed CPA in both Arizona and Washington.
